План–конспект урока на тему «Мой друг»

Good morning students. I`m glad to see you. How are you doing today? Is it your typical or unusual day at school? Is there any news you`d like to share with us?

“What is a friend? A single soul dwelling in two bodies.”

Aristotle

Look at the blackboard. You see a very famous quote by Aristotle. Let`s read it, translate and you`ll tell me how you understand it.

       So, at our today`s lesson we`ll find out what characteristics an ideal friend should have. And we`ll need all our knowledge to find it out.

       Now, let`s listen about Linda`s best friend and see what traits of character she has. Afterwards, we`ll compare her with your best friends (прилагается видео и аудиозапись данного фрагмента). But please, be very attentive because after watching/listening you`ll get a task about Linda`s friend. Послушайте аудиозапись и заполните пропуски, слова запишите в тетради.

My best friend. My best friend is Susan. She is 12 years old. We`ve been friends (мы подруги) for 6 years, since our first year at school. She is a tall girl with long fair hair and blue eyes. She likes sports and looks very (1) ___. Twice a week she plays tennis. She also likes dancing very much. Sometimes we go to discos. At the weekend we sometimes go to the theatre (2) ___.

And I`m sure I can trust her, that`s why we share all our secrets. You see that we (4) ___well with each other. I hope we`ll be (5) ___ forever.
