B. IATA approved Instructor programme

The IATA Approved Instructor Programme provides airlines with an opportunity to have their instructors trained to an industry standard, so that they can train people in their own airline.

Airlines can use this programme to become self-sufficient in the provision of training courses in Airport Passenger Services, Cargo Skills and Procedu­ res, Advanced Cargo, Cargo Proration, Dangerous Goods Regulations, InterlineAccounting and Control, Passenger Fares and Ticketing, Advanced Passe nger Fares and Ticketing, Passenger Proration, Ramp Safety, Sales Accounti ng and Control, Cargo Interline Accounting and Control and Customer Services.
