Step 1. When staying at a hotel you can see these signs. Be sure you understand their meaning. Discuss in pairs why the owner has put them up at his hotel.




Step 2. Listen to the dialogues and tell if the following statements are true or false. In case they are false, give the right answer.

1. Brian Mitchell is going to check in at the moment.

2. He wants to stay in a single room.

3. He has already decided how long he is going to stay.

4. He is going to pay cash for the room.

5. He has to pay for the room before checking in.
