Exercise 1. Произнесите следующие слова, обращая внимание на ударение.

bad, hire, student, worker, observe, fracture, sight, deceive, ceiling, narrow

Exercise 2. Произнесите следующие глаголы и запишите их в транскрипции. Выучите новые глаголы.

read – читать, write – писать, find – находить, buy – покупать, sell – продавать, meet – встречать, give – давать, begin – начинать, get – получать, work – работать, talk – разговаривать, tell – рассказывать, spell – произносить по буквам, forget – забывать, ask – спрашивать, receive – получать, believe – верить, use - использовать, take – брать, hear – слышать, go – идти, come – приходить, show – показывать, choose – выбирать, look – смотреть, do – делать

Exercise 3. Произнесите предложения в повелительном наклонении. Запомните их.

1. Write! – Пиши(те)! 2. Find! – Найди(те)! 3. Buy! – Покупай(те)! 4. Sell! – Продай(те)! 5. Give! – Дай(те)! 6. Begin! – Начинай(те)! 7. Work! – Работай(те)! 8. Go! – Иди(те)! 9. Look! – Смотри(те)! 10. Choose! – Выбирай(те)!

Exercise 4. Выучите следующие глаголы, обращая внимание на предлоги.

- read/talk/forget/ask/hear about –

читать/говорить/забыть/спросить/услышать о чем-то,

- buy/get/receive/take/hear/choose from – покупать/получать/брать/слышать/выбирать у кого-то, от кого-то, из кого-то/чего-то

- sell/read/write/give/ show/talk to – продавать/читать/давать/ показывать кому-то, разговаривать с кем-то

- begin/work/go with – начинать с чего-то/работать/идти с кем-то

- look at – смотреть на кого-то

Exercise 5. Запомните местоимения в объектном падеже.

I – me (меня, мне) We – us (нас, нам)

You – you (тебя, тебе) You – you (вас, вам)

He – him (его, ему) They – them (их, им)

She – her (её, ей)

It – it (его/ему, её/ей)

Exercise 6. Прочтите предложения, обращая внимание на местоимения в объектном падеже. Переведите предложения.

1. This is a report. Read it. 2. These are samples. Use them. 3. It is a good car. Buy it. 4. Where is our time log? Find it. 5. I am your manager. Believe me. 6. These are their maps. Give them to me. 7. It is a good exhibition. Visit it. 8. These are new opportunities. Write about them. 9. It is your watch. Show it to her. 10. Go to the shop. There are many good bags in it. 11. He is a clever man. Talk to him. 12. It is a German car. Look at it.

Exercise 7. Составьте отрицательные предложения в повелительном наклонении по образцу.

Образец: Read! – Do not (don’t) read! – Читай (те)!/Не читай(те)!

1. Go to this fair! 2. Come to the meeting! 3. Spell your name! 4. Take this job. 5. Show them your department! 6. Meet the retailers! 7. Find our customers! 8. Believe them! 9. Buy this umbrella! 10. Take the order! 11. Buy this inn! 12. Sell your company!

Exercise 8. Дополните следующие предложения, используя слова в скобках.

Образец: Take this job (it/interesting)! – Take this job! It is interesting.
