Possibilities of plastic pontoon systems in the development of the oceans and solving global problems of interaction between society and nature.

   On the basis of the invention № 2659315 "Structural elements of plastic pontoon" the article considers the possibility of manufacturing pontoons and bottom gratings made of plastic, with the use of pulse action, significantly increasing the strength of plastic pontoon systems. The strength and variety of forms of plastic pontoons provides boats with the ability to hold on the water surface and under water construction, technical, agricultural structures. Plastic pontoon structures, by changing the trajectory of the waves and reducing their hydraulic impact on the system, significantly increase the safety of human stay in the vast ocean. The article raises the problem of the need for research, calculations, tests in order to determine the economic feasibility and implementation of an innovative project that gives society access to the wealth of the oceans, protection from the image of coastal zones, ensuring the social needs of human stay on the water.

Relevance of the study: the Relevance of the problem is due to the need to improve shipbuilding on the basis of nanotechnology, the creation of new generation of ships. The purpose of the article: the Article aims to familiarize with the possibilities of design solutions of plastic pontoon systems and the impact on the direction of wave flow, the creation of conditions for scientific and technical research of materials used for the manufacture of new generation of pontoons, testing them. Methods: the Leading method of research of this problem is innovative one. The methods of theoretical level, analysis, logic and study of the phenomena of reality are used. Result: the article presents a new model of plastic pontoon structures, reveals the structural capabilities and significance of the pontoon as a watercraft in the modern world. A comparative analysis of the existing models of pontoons with the invented, technical capabilities and advantages of nano-plastic materials are used in the manufacture of pontoons. Practical significance: the Materials of the article can be useful in the design and manufacture of stationary boats, providing accommodation on floating areas of plastic pontoon structures of technological and social facilities, practically used in shipbuilding, fish processing, oil industries and air transport systems. The materials of the article can be useful for the scientific search of methods of technical opposition to natural disasters and the fight against the elements of the oceans, using plastic pontoon structures. Materials can be adopted by scientists, shipbuilders, specialists in the extraction of hydrocarbon raw materials in the depths of the ocean, builders of airfields, heliports of civil aviation and organizers of tourist recreation.
